My experience with Evans Heating and Cooling was good beyond expectations. In less than half a day, the service leader was at my door, listened to my findings carefully and mindfully. Joel identified the root cause and Jared completed the repairs promptly. VERY please with the service I received from these guys about a week ago. They came highly recommended, so I thought that I would give them a call when my heat wouldn’t cut on. Turns out the previous owner “tried” to hook up a new thermostat in the house, and didn’t wire it properly. The Evans techs quickly figured out the problem and got my heat back up and running again. Our heating and air unit was dying and we had had trouble for a long time. Mr. Evans went up under our home and checked everything. Our vent work wasn’t properly installed to begin with and it was coming apart. He gave us options for the unit and the ducting. He told us exactly what we needed. We selected our price point for the options and he went to work. We have been greatly satisfied with their service and attitude.

Evan’s was one of three companies that we had come in & give us quotes for an a/c heating unit for our Mom’s apartment. Evan’s suggested using a mini split unit. It has no duct work which we really liked. They were very professional in the install as far as being right on with the estimate and cleaning up any mess they made. Evans called the day prior to install to confirm. They showed up on time!! Explained everything that they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves. Explain the unit to us before leaving.
